When I first put together the professional conference out of Northern Kentucky, I was simply excited to be doing my part to make a difference and was not sure how well it would be received and how many people would join, let alone actually get any kind of benefit from it for lasting impact. The second year had better results, and we were starting to see the impact grow to include many more regions than the first year. Considering the sizable growth from year to year, we felt even more validated in our effort to expand.
Now, with a large conference, there seems like there is so much more to do than ever before!
